Engraving Systems offers complete preventative maintenance and electronic trouble shooting for all Dahlgren computerized engraving equipment.
					Do you own a Genie, Wizzard, Wizzard II, or Wizzard XL? Are they functioning properly and making you money? Well, they should be. The Wizzard is a well designed system that requires little maintenance on a Month to Month schedule. However, many engraving shops let them go without any annual or Bi-annual preventative maintenance from a qualified service center. Engraving Systems offers a general maintenance and evaluation to any Wizzard starting at $125.00. There is not a problem out there that we have not encountered.
						How about a Dahlgren System I or System II? There are hundreds of these systems out there chugging along everyday. Many shops are still using the good old TRS-80 to operate them. Most have upgraded to MS-DOS based SuperPro software by now. There are many people, though, that do not use their System I or II due to an electronic or mechanical problem and just don't know where to go for help. Well don't hesitate to ask us for help. We will very likely have the solution to your problem. Not only do we offer virtually every mechanical part for these systems but we also have all electronic parts available as well.

						And than there are the later Dahlgren systems. The System 100, 300, 500, 150 SE & SEZ, 300 Z, SE & SEZ, 400 SEZ. Did I miss any? Well, kind of. There is the System 150 which is the same as the Mark XII. This table was an attachment to the Wizzard XL to give the customer a 12" X 12" engraving ability. I will not knock this table. I know this table very well and am amazed with its performance record. There are also even later Dahlgren models, such as the EZ series. The EZ series were designed by Surgrave Engraving Systems. Suregrave is the company that purchased Dahlgrens assets when they went bankrupt around 6 or 7 years ago. We do not service the EZ series or the Wizzard 2000. Engraving Systems will service any Dahlgren system series that are controlled by the System I controller, System II controller, SCU controller, or the DSC-10 serial controller.
