Return And Cancellation Policy
At Engraving Systems LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: To request a return, please contact our customer support team by email at Sales@EngravingSystemsLLC.com. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s). Please do not send any items back to us without obtaining an RA number.
Package the Items: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided with the RA number. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund, exchange, or store credit as per your request.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return after receiving the returned item(s).
Return Criteria
- The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.
- Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or an error was made on our part.
Cancellation Policy
Currently, we do not have an automated cancellation feature on our website. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by email Sales@EngravingSystemsLLC.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please be aware that orders are typically processed quickly, and it may not always be possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.
